Welcome
Specializing in fitting and fabricating artificial eyes, we have been accepting new patients locally as well as from all over Ontario for 40 + years. We will assist you with Northern Travel Grants and work with your insurance company whenever possible.
With two Board Certified Ocularists on staff, appointments are made in a timely manner and In most cases we even offer efficient one day/same day service.
Hall & Associates Ocularists is conveniently located in Hamilton, Ontario with peaceful country surroundings and ample FREE parking. We are Wheelchair Accessible
We are vendors for the Assistive Devices Program (ADP), W.S.I.B., as well as Veterans Affairs.
Our rates are set by the Ministry and we are GST/HST exempt.
We are flexible and will try to accommodate your schedule whenever appointments are required.
**Please Note a referral is not required however we are by appointment only**
* How often should I have my prosthetic eye cleaned, polished , evaluated / replaced ?
We recommend polishing 2 times a year at 6 month intervals and replaced every 4-5 years or as required.
* Will my prosthetic eye be 100% covered by O.H.I.P
In most cases the provincial ADP program will cover 75-100% of the cost
* My Doctor recommended a different Ocularist ?
Your Doctor may just be unfamiliar with us as there is only a hand full of people in this profession.
* My eye is blind disfigured and shrunken can you make something to go over top of it ?
We can make you a thin scleral prosthesis to cover this
* Do you offer free consultation ?
We do offer free consultation however if an assessment is required there may be fee.
